As part of a machine service or as a separate serviceI offer a thermal image check of your machine, This will look at the electrical systems of the machine for bad connections, unbalanced and over loads. The cooling and hydraulic circuits for potential problems also checking various mechanical components for heat which can indicate lubrication issues or misalignment of parts. All surveys are recorded using Fluke thermal imagining cameras and Fluke Smartview Software. Surveys can be one off or repeated with recorded results from previous surveys to be compared.
